The Workers' Center has two major aspects of focus in our volunteer work, workers' rights organizing, and immigrants' rights organizing / rapid response.

We have a volunteer arm of our organization called the Syracuse Immigrant and Refugee Defense Network (SIRDN). We route volunteers who are interested in our immigration work through SIRDN, and for many of our volunteer needs, trainings are required.

We encourage you to sign up for our weekly E-blasts here to stay informed about regular opportunities for involvement with WCCNY and SIRDN.

We have many ways for volunteers to get involved in our work. We are regularly in need of individuals who can help with interpretation, events, petitioning, public protests/demonstrations, hotline staffing, and ICE watch / ICE check-in accompaniment.

Please fill out this form to let us know how you can help and someone from WCCNY or SIRDN will be in touch soon to get you connected to our work.

Will you volunteer?
